L605 Aerospace Sheet Metal Parts
2022-07-26 15:26Alloy L605 has excellent strength, good oxidation resistance at around 1000℃, has very good sulfidation resistance, and relatively good wear and corrosion resistance for gas turbine parts, bearings and various industrial applications.
The alloy has good resistance to high temperature oxidation at high temperatures of 605°C, it can be fabricated and formed by conventional processes, and has been used in cast parts. Other attractive features include excellent resistance to metal wear.
L605 can also be made seals from sheet metal by sheet metal forming process for gas turbines.
