Introduction of stellite welding wire

2021-12-20 14:06

Stellite Cobalt-based No. 1 welding wire is equivalent to AWS ERCoCr-C

Main features and uses:

High carbon Co-Cr-W alloy surfacing welding wire, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance. But the poor impact toughness is mainly used for surfacing welding of wear parts such as roller cone bit bearings, boiler rotating blades, etc.

Hardfacing layer hardness HRC: ≥52

Stellite Cobalt-based No. 4 Welding Wire

Main features and uses

Used for high wear resistance, excellent high temperature and corrosion resistance. Used for copper and aluminum alloy hot press molds, hot extrusion molds, dry battery molds, etc.

Hardfacing layer hardness HRC: 46-50

Stellite Cobalt-based No. 6 welding wire is equivalent to AWS ERCoCr-A

Main features and uses:

Co106 drill-base surfacing welding wire is the one with the lowest C and W content and the best toughness in the Co-Cr-W surfacing alloy. It can withstand the impact under cold and hot conditions, has a small tendency to crack, and has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance. Mainly used to maintain good wear resistance and corrosion resistance when working at high temperatures, such as high temperature, high pressure valves, hot shear blades, hot forging dies, etc.

Hardfacing layer hardness HRC: 40-45

Stellite Cobalt-based No. 12 welding wire is equivalent to AWS ERCoCr-B

Main features and uses:

Co112 needle-based surfacing welding wire has medium hardness in Co-Cr-W surfacing alloy, and has better wear resistance than HS111, but it has a slightly lower plasticity. It has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance, at about 650℃ These characteristics can still be maintained at high temperatures. Mainly used for surfacing welding of high temperature and high pressure valves, internal combustion engine valves, high pressure pump bushings and lining sleeves, hot roll pass

Hardfacing layer hardness HRC: 45-50

Stellite Cobalt-based No. 20 Welding Wire

Main features and uses:

Co120 cobalt-based surfacing welding wire has high hardness and very good wear resistance, but its impact resistance is poor, and it has a high tendency to crack during surfacing. It has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance and wear resistance. It can still be used at around 650℃. Maintain these properties. Mainly used for surfacing welding of roller cone bit bearings, boiler rotating blades, crusher blades, screw feeders, etc.

Hardfacing layer hardness HRC: 55-60
