SYTOP CGL Cobalt Alloy Spare Parts Ready for Delivery

Recently, a batch of custom-made cobalt alloy components for continuous hot-dip galvanizing production lines (CGL) manufactured by SYTOP has completed all processing and passed rigorous quality inspections, and is now ready for delivery to the customer. This batch of products includes various categories such as bushings, bearings, plugs, and scrapers, providing critical wear-resistant solutions for the customer's hot-dip galvanizing production.

This delivery of cobalt alloy bushing series features multiple materials and custom specifications.

The T800 cobalt alloy bushing is designed explicitly for high-temperature production lines operating at 650-720°C, maintaining stable wear resistance in extreme conditions with a service life of up to 4-5 days. The ST 4 bearing sleeve is designed for high-speed production scenarios at 480-520°C, enabling continuous operation for 20-25 days. The ST 6 bearing sleeve performs exceptionally well in low-speed production lines within the same temperature range, matching the service life of the ST 4 while also reducing spare part costs.

The bearing used with the bushings feature different hardness levels, paired with ST 6, T800, or ceramic materials. At the same time, the plugs are made from the same material as the corresponding bushings. They are securely fixed via precision welding or assembly processes, effectively preventing zinc liquid from infiltrating the equipment interior. Additionally, the ST 6 material scrapers, with their excellent hardness and wear resistance, efficiently remove zinc slag and impurities from the galvanizing tank, ensuring high-quality coatings.

SYTOP customizes processing strictly according to customer requirements during cobalt alloy spare part production, ensuring each product precisely matches the customer's operational conditions. This batch of products has undergone rigorous testing, including hardness testing and corrosion resistance testing, with all indicators meeting industry-leading standards.

The delivery of these products will help customers effectively reduce maintenance frequency and costs for CGL production lines while improving equipment operational stability.
