In which environment are stellie6B, 6K, SC50 and stellite703 used?

stellie6BThe high temperature natural environment involves high temperature resistance (essentially also thermal erosion), solution erosion and its destruction. According to the weight of oxidation resistance, corrosion and wear resistance, matching alloys include high temperature and high temperature resistant alloys, high temperature and solution resistant corrosion resistant alloys and high temperature wear resistant alloys.

Among them, the typical brands of high temperature and high temperature resistant alloys are HAYNES747 and HR160. The typical brands of high temperature and solution corrosion resistance are Hastelloy B3 and Hastelloy C276. There are two typical brands of high-temperature wear-resistant alloys, tough and impact-resistant forged alloys Stellite 6B, 6K, and SC50 in the development of Rongpin's high-tech high-tech development, and its high-hardness but impact-resistant forged cobalt alloy, which means stellite703.

High temperature destroys the natural environment and high temperature wear resistant alloy.

High temperature will damage the natural environment.

High temperature resistance, with high-density air oxide film. Resistant to solution erosion helps to passivate the treated film. Wear resistance depends on compressive strength and toughness. The source of compressive strength is that it is very important to use a high-hardness microscope mechanism to achieve a certain normal compressive strength through the strengthening of carbon bodies and the strengthening of chemical substances between metal materials. Both the strengthening of the infiltrating carbon body and the strengthening of the chemical substances between the metal materials can obtain sufficient high temperature compressive strength, the toughness is greatly reduced, and the impact resistance is reduced. In addition, the chemical substance-strengthened alloy between the metal materials has a higher hot hardness than the carbon-strengthened alloy.

High temperature wear-resistant alloy.

Stellite alloy is a synonym for high-temperature wear-resistant alloy. This alloy can withstand a high temperature of 1200°C. According to whether there is toughness and impact resistance, it can be divided into tough high temperature wear-resistant alloys and pure high temperature wear-resistant alloys that are not impact resistant. Toughness is obtained during the production process. Forging products have a certain degree of toughness. The tensile strength is usually >2%, but the forging type whose hardness cannot exceed 50HRC is insufficient. The tensile strength is usually <1%, but the hardness is usually above HRC45. It even exceeds HRC60.

①High temperature wear-resistant alloy that is not impact resistant. Cementite-reinforced stellite12, 20, stellite703, 1 and other metal materials are chemically reinforced T-400 hardness HRC42-62. High hardness, but not impact resistant.

② Impact resistant high temperature wear resistant alloy. So far, only stellite6B and stellie6K, hardness HRC40 and HRC45, tensile strength of 5.5% and 2.5%. The overall goal of SC50 in the development of melt products is to maintain the basic toughness and increase the hardness of impact-resistant forged cobalt alloys, from HRC45 of stellite6K to HRC50.

highly recommended:

Forging pressure stellie6B, 6K, SC50 and forging stellite703.

These four brands can withstand high temperatures up to 1200°C, and their hardness covers HRC40-HRC60. They can basically replace or upgrade Stellite's various high-temperature and wear-resistant alloy brands, from stellite12, stellite20 to stellite1, t-400, etc. Among them, forged 6B and 6K (SC50 under development) have toughness, and forged stellite703 with impact resistance has high hardness, solution erosion, but not impact resistance.

①The cobalt alloy is not damaged by the high temperature of impact. Forging stellite703 is highly recommended. Hardness HRC55, tensile strength <1%. It is resistant to high temperature damage and has the ability to resist solution corrosion. It can replace forging brands with hardness HRC50-HRC60 such as T400 or even stellite1.

②Impact resistance and high temperature damage the cobalt alloy. Forging stellie6B, 6K hardness HRC40, HRC45, tensile strength>2%. In addition, the impact-resistant forged cobalt alloy SC50 is currently under development. I look forward to taking into account the working conditions with hardness above HRC45 and impact. It can replace forging brands such as stellite12 and stellite20 to upgrade these applications of forging stelli6B and stellite6K, and work conditions that need to improve wear resistance.
