ERCoCr bare rod
2022-05-26 14:29ERCoCr type is a cobalt-based alloy surfacing electrode. The deposited metal has comprehensive heat resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and can maintain high hardness at high temperatures above 600 °C. Adjusting the content of C and W can change its hardness and toughness to suit the requirements of different uses. The lower the carbon content, the better the toughness, and can withstand the impact under hot and cold conditions, suitable for surfacing welding of high temperature and high-pressure valves, hot forging dies, hot shearing machine blades, etc. High carbon has high hardness and good wear resistance, but has weak impact resistance and is not easy to process.
